Well, Kaety made the greatest step of spiritual obedience yesterday morning and made Cris and I very proud. Kaety has been contemplating baptism for about a year now and had it impressed on her heart a few weeks ago that it was time for her to dive in. She’s always been pretty in tune with what God is trying to communicate, this was no different- God said get baptized and she obeyed. Of course Cris and I were a little worried that she may be too young, but after many talks about why she wanted to and what it meant and her studying the Bible for all the baptisms mentioned in scripture; we knew that this was not just a “cool thing to do” for her, this was a decision she was not taking lightly. The last thing Cris and I want to do is stand in the way of what God is doing in her life and watching him work in and through her is the greatest joy we can experience. She had so many people there cheering her on and saying how proud they were of her, she is going to impact so many lives for Christ and I can’t wait to see how He uses her.
